Ok, was better during first 2 visits and has gone down hill over past 2 years over multiple seats

I had a great time staying there. I would strongly reccomend it to anyone who visits León, and I will definitely be going back again and again. Very happy with the staff there

Everything was great from Arriving till check out I don’t usually leave reviews but the hotel counts with so many features and hospitality was just top notch you would say. Definitely an amazing experience and very close to shopping stores.

The room was excellent and very modern. The complementary food services were exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. I do not speak Spanish- but the staff all spoke english, making it very easy for me.
