I have stayed at this property several years regularly, dating back to when it was a Crowne Plaza. I have always had a good experience here and plan to return on my next visit to Acapulco.

As North Americans, a solid 3.5 stars hotel. The main public spaces, that is, elevators, hallways, main lobby and pool area are all in excellent shape. The rooms however do show the age of the hotel and while we have no issues with the older style of our room and furniture, softer beds should he considered and the internet service speeds we found to be regularly inconsistent
